Container tracker — Angular

A framework can render <rxt-tracker-angular> here while Tracker represents an external HTMLElement scroller elsewhere.

The roots configure runtime behavior. They do not portal or relocate the framework renderer. Changing the DOM-reference props/inputs changes the mounted runtime context while the framework component remains in place.

Framework DOM references may initially be unavailable. The adapter tolerates the non-mounted state until the actual HTMLElement is available.
